Airsoft Surgeon has just released its own line of performance springs for AEG' s. Designed by the famous Hong Kong Airsoft Gunsmith Mr. Clarence Lai himself, these springs are tuned and manufactured to strict requirements for maximum performance. Airsoft Surgeonâ„¢ Factory, a name which quite a few Airsoft enthusiasts would recognize, has lately evolved from Airsoft Surgeon, a.k.a. CL Custom. Clarence Lai' s products have been prominent in the Airsoft world for being unique in style, excellence in quality and, highly collectable. Unfortunately, the combination of these 3 elements present high price tags for consumers. In order to instigate Clarence' s idea of letting more people to appreciate and enjoy his products at lower costs, increase the production volume so as to achieve a better scale of economy is inevitable.

Key Product Differentiators are as follows:
Springs are Pre-compressed at the factory by applying the appropriate amount of heat and compression using specialized machineries. This defined combination of processes vastly minimizes post-installation compression issue. All or any of the scenarios below are the culprits of inconsistent and diminishing FPS.

Progressive Coiling - this unique and pioneering idea of making springs offers two quantifiable benefits. Namely higher rate-of-fire and getting more shots off on a single charge of battery. While these two areas of performance are enhanced without compromising muzzle velocity, Clarence always makes certain that his products are appealing from an appearance standpoint. All springs are nickel-plated which presents another two benefits.

1. Minimized Friction operation - Lubricants tend to stick longer and run smoother to the nickel-plated metal parts than any other raw-finished metal which most OEM and aftermarket spring are manufactured.

2. Rust Proof - in addition to the already smooth operation of the springs, nickel-plated finish elongates the silkiness by assuring a long rust-free operation.

Precision and consumer expectation focus - Each Airsoft Surgeonâ„¢ Firepower spring is individually labeled with FPS figure which consumers are to expect with a small margin of error. These FPS figures are results of long term testing at the factory by using a stock Marui M4. This should give the consumers a relative idea of how well their Airsoft firearms would perform when these springs are installed properly.

Staging Quality Assurance ( QA) process - Each Airsoft Surgeonâ„¢ Firepower spring is manufactured and handled by a total of three parties; Primary manufacturing company, Compression facility and finally Inspection & Packaging. Each product has to pass at least two QA Tests and two Inspections before leaving the door. Excellence in Quality can always be expected from Airsoft Surgeonâ„¢ Factory.
